BrandToWord builds Word templates from the brand material you send us. This page explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We keep it minimal on purpose — no ad trackers, no selling data.

Who is responsible

BrandToWord (“we”) is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@brandtoword.com. We’re based in the Netherlands.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the form or by email:

Company (optional)To tailor the template
Figma link, uploaded PDFs/screenshots, brand fontsThe source material we build your template from

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and there are no third-party marketing scripts on the site.

Why we’re allowed to use it

We process this data to take steps you’ve asked for before/while providing a service (handling your request and delivering a template), and on the basis of your consent when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it for us

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Uploaded brand material and form submissions are deleted within 30 days of delivery (sooner on request). We keep basic contact and invoicing records only as long as needed for the engagement and any legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to restrict/object to processing. Email hello@brandtoword.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If we change how we handle data we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
